Walter Hanych, P.Geo.

Walter Hanych, Professional Geologist registered in Ontario and Saskatchewan has thirty three years of experience in the exploration industry from grass-roots projects to advanced mine feasibility projects including corporate structure and financing. Mr. Hanych has a broad range of mineral exploration experience in; gold, base metal, nickel, uranium, PGE, and industrial mineral exploration throughout Canada and internationally. Mr. Hanych has worked or consulted for major and junior companies, including INCO, Falconbridge Nickel, and Copper Fox Metals at their World Class 800+ Mt. Schaft Creek porphyry copper project (Teck Resources/Copper Fox Metals J.V.). Mr. Hanych was involved with the team that initially recognized, the Cote Lake deposit (Iamgold Corporation) as a gold mineralized brecciated intrusive system. Mr. Hanych holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in geology, (1978), from Laurentian University. He is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan, Society of Economic Geologists.

Jonathan Held
CFO, Director

Mr. Held is a chartered accountant with CFO level experience with both private and public companies. Mr. Held has worked with a number of international resource based businesses including those in North America, South America, Eastern Europe and Africa. Mr. Held has been involved in numerous successful public market transactions including Initial Public Offerings, Reverse Takeovers and financings. Mr. Held also has experience in a variety of audit, review and advisory engagements, including reporting services for reporting issuers, corporate tax and foreign structure assessments. Mr. Held holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.

Keith McDowell
Director

Mr. McDowell is presently retired from a 31- year career as real-estate agent and then broker. Mr. McDowell established his own real-estate development firm that concentrated on residential developments in Calgary, but also included the acquisition of the Calgary Olympic village site. Since his retirement in 2001, Mr. McDowell has financed numerous junior exploration companies and holds interests in many exploration properties. Mr. McDowell brings to the board a strong business acumen and over 35-years of negotiating experience.

David Burnham
First Nations and Government Liaison

Prior to Signatures acquisition of the Lingman Lake property, Mr. Burnham was President of Eagle Feather Resources Inc, a junior resources company that was responsible for the claim assembly around the historic Lingman Lake Mine. Over the past 8 years he has been actively engaged in ongoing consultation with both Red Sucker Lake and Sachigo First Nations. In addition to his consultation role, David has also been actively working with all levels of government both in Ontario, Manitoba and Ottawa. Prior to his involvement with the Lingman Lake property, Mr. Burnham worked in the financial services field specializing in the area of commercial funding. With over 28 years experience, David continues to provide consulting services to a select number of companies both in the financial services sector as well as IT.

Stephen Timms
Director

Mr.Timms is currently an IBM Canada executive and brings 26-years of his expertise in operations, business transformation, change management and finance to the Signature’s Board of Directors. He is an innovative problem solver with broad-based functional expertise in operations, business transformation, finance and channel management. Mr. Timms has a proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, lead change, implement best practices, and execute disciplined performance management systems to drive successful business outcomes. In his career with IBM Mr. Timms has participated in numerous executive, management and leadership development courses. Mr. Timms holds a 4-year Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Scott Jobin-Bevans PhD, P.Geo, has more than 25 years in worldwide mineral exploration and has public company experience as a director, officer and technical advisor. Scott is currently Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Caracle Creek International Consulting. He has expertise in project evaluation and in leading multi-million dollar projects from generative stage through advanced exploration and into development. Dr. Jobin-Bevans is an advisor and member of the board of directors for a number of public and private companies and held the volunteer position of President (2010-2012) of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Mr. Asad Sultan M.B.A has over 20-years of experience in providing strategic advice and assisting companies with raising capital. He started his career with Citicorp, in New York and Tokyo, specializing in quantitative market analysis. Next came assignments in Hong Kong with Primark, Daiwa Securities and ITG Securities (CEO). He played a pivotal role in establishing Macquarie’s Asian investment banking franchise as Head of Regional Equities. In 2004, Mr. Sultan moved to Malaysia where he became a founding partner in a corporate finance boutique and as co-founder of wireless broadband player, “The Red Snapper”. In the period 2007 to 2008, Mr. Sultan became the Managing Director and Country Manager of Cantor Fitzgerald in India and since then has served as President of the Board of Quant Capital America. Mr. Sultan holds an M.B.A in Applied Finance from Fordham University (New York).
 

 Mr. Paolo Lostritto is a former Director in the Mining Equity Research Group for National Bank Financial. Over the past 18 years he has worked in mining equity research at Wellington West, Scotia Capital and TD Securities. Mr. Lostritto holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological and Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Lostritto currently serves at both a director of Savary Gold Corp (West African gold exploration company) and a consultant to Red Cloud Klondike Strike Inc. (a ‘new concept’ capital markets advisory firm dedicated solely to the mining sector).
